Geofencing Records Reveal Plan to Attack Military Installations Originated from Zaman Park

According to reports from local media, the analysis of geofencing records has shed light on the origins of the plan to target crucial state and military installations. The records indicate that the strategy was formulated on May 8 at the residence of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, located in Zaman Park, as reported by The News.

The investigation shows that Imran Khan, along with senior leaders of the PTI, maintained communication with the perpetrators of the attacks, as well as six other significant individuals associated with Zaman Park.

On May 8, a total of 158 mobile phone numbers were contacted from Zaman Park, both before and during the vandalism at Lahore Corp Commander House, commonly known as Jinnah House.

Further analysis of the records reveals that senior PTI leaders, including Yasmin Rashid, Hammad Azhar, and Mehmoodur Rasheed, were in contact with those involved in the riots that occurred on May 9. Additionally, Ijaz Chaudhry, Aslam Iqbal, and Murad Raas maintained communication with the protesters.

On the day of the incident, six key PTI leaders received a total of 215 calls, with Azhar's phone making 10 calls to the miscreants, Yasmin receiving 41 calls, and Rasheed topping the list with 75 calls.

Moreover, Chaudhry made 50 calls, Saleem Iqbal made 16 calls, while Murad Raas contacted the vandals present at Jinnah House 23 times.

The PTI workers and supporters, protesting against the arrest of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, stormed military installations, including the General Headquarters and Jinnah House, on May 9. The army has labeled this event as a "Black Day," while the party has denied any involvement in the acts of vandalism.
