Explosion Targets Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Siraj-ul-Haq's Convoy in Zhob

In a disturbing incident, an explosion occurred near the convoy of Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer, Siraj-ul-Haq, in Zhob. Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General, Ameerul-Azeem, confirmed that Siraj-ul-Haq was targeted by a suicide attacker in Balochistan, resulting in the assailant's death.

Fortunately, Siraj-ul-Haq and all others traveling with him remained unharmed. The Jamaat-e-Islami leader was being escorted in a convoy when the suicide bomber detonated the explosive device.

Reports from Jamaat-e-Islami indicate that seven party workers have sustained injuries, with the condition of four being critical. The injured individuals are receiving necessary medical attention.

Law enforcement agencies have verified the incident, stating that an explosion took place near Siraj-ul-Haq's convoy in Zhob. Importantly, Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Siraj-ul-Haq emerged unscathed from the blast.

According to the police, the explosion occurred during a Jamaat-e-Islami meeting scheduled in Zhob, where Siraj-ul-Haq was expected to address the gathering.

The attack on Siraj-ul-Haq's convoy has raised concerns about the security situation in the region. Law enforcement agencies are actively investigating the incident, aiming to apprehend those responsible for the attack and prevent further acts of violence.

Jamaat-e-Islami, a prominent political party in Pakistan, remains resilient in the face of this attack. The party's leaders and members are determined to continue their efforts in promoting their political ideology while remaining vigilant in the face of security challenges.
